Federation node vs RPC node

It is possible to run your own RPC node. On the other hand, it is not possible yet to run your own Federation node.

RPC node

Running your own RPC node is an essential step for those who value decentralization and want full control over their interactions with the blockchain. By hosting your own node, you eliminate reliance on third-party services, ensuring greater privacy, reliability, and direct access to the network. Additionally, it allows you to validate transactions and support the network's decentralization.

Setting up your node may involve selecting the right hardware, syncing the blockchain, and configuring the RPC settings to match your use case. For comprehensive, step-by-step instructions, visit .

Federation node

At Botanix Labs, we prioritize the utmost security for our blockchain ecosystem. To uphold our commitment to safeguarding assets and promoting a resilient network, we are pleased to announce an exclusive opportunity for a select group of individuals and entities to participate in staking and running Botanix nodes.

Why Choose Botanix Labs for Staking?

  • Security First: Security is our top priority. We have implemented robust measures to protect your assets and ensure the integrity of our network.

  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Join us at the forefront of blockchain innovation. Botanix Labs leverages the latest advancements in blockchain technology to provide a seamless staking experience.

  • Community-Driven: We believe in the strength of our community. By participating in Botanix Labs' staking program, you become an integral part of our mission to create a decentralized and secure future.

  • Earn yield: Just like with Ethereum, gas fees will return to the stakers, and you will be able to earn yield on your staked Bitcoin.

Who Can Apply?

While we value inclusivity, to maintain the highest standards of security, we are initially opening staking opportunities to a limited number of carefully selected parties. If you are passionate about blockchain security and have the technical expertise to run a node effectively, we invite you to apply.
